Start your own spirulina cultivation journey with this easy-to-use Spirulina Mother Culture Kit. This kit includes a 200ml live blue-green algae culture and nutrition supplements to help you grow your own superfood at home.
Kit Includes:
- 200ml live spirulina culture
- 100ml nutrient solution
- Detailed usage instructions
How to Use:
- Open the kit immediately after receiving.
- Mix 200ml spirulina culture with 1 litre of clean drinking water (TDS 150–400 ppm; avoid RO or chlorinated water).
- Add 50ml of the nutrient solution on Day 1 and the remaining 50ml after 7–10 days.
- Place the container in sunlight (avoid temperatures above 35°C).
- Stir the water 4–5 times daily to ensure proper oxygenation.
- Observe the water color change from pale green to dark green – a sign of healthy spirulina growth.
- Feed with nutrients every 10–15 days to keep it alive and multiplying.
- Scale up your culture volume every 10 days – from 1L to 2L, 4L, and beyond.
Note: This is a live algae culture. Do not refrigerate. Keep it in a ventilated and well-lit area. Avoid closed, dark storage.

On the first day, it appeared green, but from the second to the fifth day, it seemed like feculent water, causing me to lose hope. However, from the sixth day, I observed a change in colour as its way to turning green again. After giving the remaining nutrition, it started growing rapidly. Now, I provide nutrients every eighth day, and now it will reach 25 litres. A great and valuable product.
I ordered the spirulina for the first time however I delayed the seeding. Normally the shelf life of Spirulina culture is 5-6 days. I opened the packet after 9 days. It was already dead.I ordered it again and this time I did it in time. Received expert guidance from the seller. Thanks to them. This time so far I have been able to multiply my spirulina 10 times.
